As of January, 2008, Anne became the Rivendell Community's newest Postulant.  Joanne, Companion in Charge of the Emmaus Chapter, writes,

"Anne is the single Mom of eleven-year-old Katie, whom she went to China to adopt in 1997, when Katie was 13 months old.  She is a psychologist at the VA Hospital.  Now in her second year as a Vestry member, Anne is a long-time close friend of the Emmaus Chapter Companions and regular participant and frequent host for our Saturday night gatherings. Anne is most of all, I think, a lovely voice for and practitioner of peace and good cheer, but a peace and good cheer that is not at the expense of standing up for the right, just and loving treatment of those she serves."
